We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to differences in device screens or small batch variations, product colors, packaging, or scents may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to update product pricing, availability, and descriptions without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our Shopify store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other payment options offered at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except COD).
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all locations within Pakistan using trusted courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
At least 90% of the perfume remains in the bottle
The product is returned in its original packaging
Delivery charges are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality products and services, but we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Allergic reactions or misuse of the product
Unauthorized access to your account or personal data
Always test a small amount of any perfume before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
